Bosch Home Appliances Complaint - Very Bad Customer Service

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA -- I have just had the WORST experience EVER with Bosch's customer service. Have a built-in oven that has only been used for 2 years and the door hinges needed replacing....it has been 6 weeks and still no hinges! Been given a total runaround, never being able to talk to the same person, and having to explain my situation a million times. This has been one of the most exasperating and frustrating experience for me.

I cannot stand Bosch now and will look elsewhere for all my future appliances.

Yes we had both Hinges replaced recently,IMO it is faulty design.

My rec is to buy new hinges from Bosch repairman, and have these replaced yearly under warranty which is 12-months. Even the new hinges will get progressively worse. I have been doing this with my new Bosch oven.

I've just spent over $200 replacing the hinges on my Bosch oven door. Why no recall?
