BriarHollow.com Complaint - Never got my order - Candles and tarts

I ordered from this website thinking the prices were very reasonable and they looked like good products! I ordered October 23 2007. 2 weeks go by and I e-mail the company, 3 days pass and then I got an e-mail on November 8 telling me it was running a bit behind...

Today is November 20 NO ORDER YET! I e-mailed yesterday and NOTHING!

I think the company should advise if certain items were on a backorder.try them again,and ask if that is the case.
