Auntie Anne's, Inc. Complaint - Response Requested

ROCKAWAY, NEW JERSEY -- Customer Service Manager,

As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.

This afternoon at the Rockaway Townsquare Mall in Rockaway, New Jersey, I stopped at Auntie Anne's and asked for a pretzel The woman at the counter LITERALLY picked up a dropped pretzel from the store floor and flung it at me. She was the only one working the register at the moment I'm assuming, and there were no other employees to witness it. I had already paid her, and when I demanded her to give me a fresh pretzel, she simply rolled her eyes at me and asked me to 'get lost.' I asked her name and she would only say 'Tabitha,' she refused to give me a last name to complain about. She also claimed to be the manager of the store when I inquired about it. I am a frequent customer of Auntie Anne's and I am outraged about this kind of behavior from a paid employee. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible regarding this. Thank you for your time and concern.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

Please do something about the atrocious excuse for customer assistance provided by this 'Tabitha' character, and a response, preferably by e-mail as soon as possible, about what is being done concerning this.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
