Zorbeez Complaint - Unauthorized charges to bank account

The clothes Zorbeez sells are okay, but DON'T ORDER THEM! Once you do, they will claim that you agreed to get more every three months or so, and they will charge your card. If you try to say you didn't want more, they will argue with you - rudely. And if you cancel, they will tell you that they've cancelled your order and you won't receive any more, then they will turn around and charge your card again. Protest that, and they will tell you they can't return your money until they get their merchandise back. If this has happened to you, call the Federal Consumer Protection Agency and file a complaint. I did, and now the FCPA is actively LOOKING for a pattern of behavior by this company, and you can be contribute to the record the FCPA is keeping.

I think Zorbeez is counting on people NOT taking the trouble to argue about $6.98 every three months, but multiply that by thousands of consumers or so, and now you're talking about real money. So if this has happened to you, stand up to those suckers and let your voice be heard. And let Zorbeez know that you've made the complaint. Let's get these people honest!

BTW, Zorbeez is one of the brands of a company called Vertical Branding, which you can find on the net.
