Global Tel Link Informative - The common GTL`s customer-->by another real rep
Hi! You complaint about our accent, you complaint about the procedures.. You complaint about everything. If the time frame to post a payment is 7 to 10 business days why do you call 3 days after you send the payment to see if it is posted????? If a rep told you to call back in 24 hs... Why do you call 5 minutes after you hung up??? If a rep told you only 1 payment per day, why do you hung up and try another payment??? Tell me american people do you have learning problems?? Or are you just horrible doing maths???
Before I go on... Yesterday a lady called, well if we can call "lady" to that monster, and she wanted to know if her phone number was on the inmate allow number list. The rep that was next to me told her we do not handle the allow list, that to get her phone on the list she will need to contact the inmate or correctional facility. Is not so difficult to understand that part.10 Minutes later the lady called again. And a rep that was behind me took her call, and it was for the same problem. She told the customer that when the inmate add her phone on the list she can receive her calls, and explained the same procedure. The cr told her she understood and hung up.
And after another 10 minutes I took the same lady, the same problem, the same explanation again,and the "lady"told me if I could add her phone # to the list,we can not do that we are not the correctional facility m`am!! So the lady started to shout because she said how is it possible that we do not handle the list and bla bla bla bla bla.....And hung up.
So what is my point?..Well...If you call to complaint about the long time you are on hold...Theres nothing we the reps can do about.....If you called to complaint about the long time the cf takes to add your phone # to the list,there`s nothing we the reps can do about...If you receive a phone call because you need and account with global tel to continue receiveing calls because your local phone provider does not have a billing agreement anymore so you will receive a separate bill...Why do you call and state I only want 1 bill I don't want to pay 2 bills, you sound like childrens.
And here is where I wanted to finish...Who do you think you are to discriminate indian people??? Do you think you are better than them?? Aswell if you think that, what should we think about you for having a relative on prison?In my country a person who is in jail is a criminal , so instead of wasting time to complaint about our accent and said "ooo I can not understand your accent,conect me to someone I can understand, because you understand the difference is that you do not want to..So why don't you use that time to educate your childrens to not use drugs or to not kill people.... So again if you are going to discriminate people first look yourself in the mirror because you are in a family of criminals, I'm not saying that all custumer are stupid just the majority of them, because somentimes a lot of people call and they realize all reps want to help them so they do their best to understand,and the rep do all the could to solve the issue, finally again 2 coments...To the customer that threat us nice and we do the same with them thanks for your patience ,and for all the mf that think they are better than us please learn 3 languages and then call us back.....With this I leave the review...
