Staples Informative - Bad service on ordering
I ordered a GPS on-line from Staples, I received a confirmation and order number. After a couple of hours, I had not received an email as usual. I then went on-line to check my order. It was there but with no items. I then did a chat, ant their rep said that they were behind and I would get one shortly. Some 12 hours later, I then inquired on email, and then received an answer stating they were sorry, but were out of stock.
Remember I had received a confirmation when I made the order. If they were out of stock when I made the order, I would've went someplace else. Wonder if they would have ever notified me if I didn't notify them????
