Easy Pay Painting Complaint - Poor Customer Service/Support - Lack of Professionalism

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- You would think that when you pay a person or a company for a service, that you will get the job done right and if it is not done right, the company or person will do everything they can to get it right so the customer/consumer is happy.
Easy Pay Painting based out of Woodstock and Dallas, GA. is far from Customer Oriented. They are in business to make money regardless of whether their customers are happy with their services or not. They seem great at first, but when it comes to visiting your site more than once(after the initial work being performed), they get ugly, and literally to your face tell you that they WILL NOT make anymore trips out to fix their work. What kind of customer support is this? So needless to say, you are stuck with uneven paint on your walls, sloppy brushstrokes on your trim, and in our case paint spilled on the carpet, hardwoods and a broken blinds (result of being removed to get crevaces above window frames). I will give it to them that one of their employees did a good job in attempting to fix the flaws. The owner of the company is not a professional businessman. His tone of voice, lack of willingness to rectify his companies’ mistakes, and unprofessionalism as a company head surprise me. From now on I will research companies before I hire them, out of fear of ending up with a job quality so low that I could have done better myself.
