Charter Cable Service Informative - You Can't Get What You Want, You Get What They Want To Give You

PEPPERELL, MASSACHUSETTS -- 2 weeks before moving in I arranged for bundled services. No extras just bundled services. there was "special" where I get all 3 services for a set price.
The day I moved in the service was not installed. Had to call and wait 3 days for a technician from hell. then I get a bill which was 2x the agreed price. I called and corrected this. next month I get another bill. this time 4x the agreed upon price. another call to correct this. Supervisor was to call me back. Didn't. Been here only 2 months and bill is over $500. Very difficult to work with. Employees not responsive and uninformed. The only thing they are good at is sending out bills and backing that up with aggressive collection actions ie. shut off of services and charges to reconnect.

If there were another cable company I would switch. Charter services? One word TERRIBLE
