Vartec Communications Complaint - Lousy Phone Company

17 phone calls to try to get my service looked at (static on the line). During my last 6 the teleprompter told me hold and after approx. 3 minutes disconnected. Only once in following the prompt menu was I able to speak with a PERSON who told me to check a few things and then call him back at a different number (call 12). In attempting to call him back at the new number guess what ? it was another teleprompter. 5 more calls same thing. Left two messages in my initial call. Had one returned stating they needed more info. and left a number. Called back next day and got the original message system. Left another message and no return call. DO NOT USE VARTEC COMM.

- 4 months and a dozen calls to get my deposit back from SPRINT on a canceled cell phone contract.

The govt really needs to punish these companies with heavy punitive fines and to rebate a portion to be split with consumers with complaints. These Co.s are making millions ripping people off and running them around while frustrating you with having to speak with people who you can't understand due to there heavy INDIA(n) accent.
