Tree Classics Complaint - Poor customer service - false advertising
I ordered a Christmas tree from Tree Classics in September 07. I was told it was backordered but would ship in about 3 weeks. I called back; it was still backordered. After 3 other calls I was told the latest it would ship would be 11/16. I called back a couple of days after the 16th and they said it was backordered again, til the 5th of Dec. Worst of all, they had my money (almost $500) since September! I wrote 2 emails complaining about this and they have never answered either one. They advertise extensively in many national magazines. This is false advertising in my opinion, and I would NEVER order from them again. After trying by phone for 3 days and getting "mail box full" messages I finally spoke to someone and they agreed to credit me. The whole experience was terrible.
