Wells Fargo Auto Financial Informative - Wells Fargo Auto Financial is Horrible
I used the online payment feature to make a payment on my car loan, and a duplicate payment was made unbeknownst to me. I found out the next day. I called customer service to have this payment cancelled and was given no help. I requested that you cancel this and was told I had to print out a bank statement showing it had been taken out, then fax this over to Well Fargo. Since my checking account is not with Wells Fargo, I was told that a check would be mailed to my bank to have the funds returned. RIDICULOUS!!! Wells Fargo can certainly take out the funds electronically and quickly, but when it is time to return money to the customer, it becomes a nightmare. Poor customer service. Since I have had this car loan with Wells Fargo, I have not once had a good experience.
Customer Service Representatives are anything but good customer service. I will never use Wells Fargo for any banking or loans needs again!!
