Information Products Company Complaint - Bad Customer Service!!!

I ordered two rolls of address labels in Sept 07 and by Nov 07 I still had not heard from anyone nor had I received the labels. I decided to contact them only there is no phone number to call so I had to send an email through their site. I was contacted by someone who at first told me I would have to redo my entire order because they did not have it. When I replied to her with the email confirmation I had gotten in Sept and told her that I had been charged nearly two months earlier, she wrote back that there had been a technical problem with my order but it had been fixed and the labels would be here in 2-4 weeks!!

I had already waited two months!!! I asked her to send the labels sooner or give me a refund and the next email I got said they had sent me a refund - It amazed me that they would rather lose my business than rush my order - DO NOT USE IPC LABELS!!

Well, you said deliver sooner or refund, so you got a refund.
