Nissan Motors Company Customer Service Complaint - Lack Of Customer Service

ASTORIA, NEW YORK -- I am a victim of a very fraudalent Nissan car dealership. They sold us services againts our will. They forced me into financing with their lies and fraud.I called Nissan consumer affairs regarding this matter. They promised to call me back. They never did.Numerous phone calls later,mails requesting cancellations ,some of them are registered. Everytime we call or ask some help.They always promised me that the regional specialist will get in touch with me as soon as possible. After all these cancellation requests. They never cancelled these policies.They have a lot of nerve to bill me with the full amount. All I need is to give me some assistance.They like to do business with this delearship because he sells a lot of Nissan vehicles even thou if you check his records,theres a lot of unhappy customers. I just want Nissan to call us back or write us back.We are entitled with this cancellations .

Its written at the back of the contract.I am not gonna complain about that evil delearship I am here to voice my complain to Nissan consumer affairs. Thank you..

If you were pressured by the dealership, you should have left the dealership and shop somewhere else.

Forced you into financing? Nobody should be able to force you to do nothing! Sorry to say...this is a very expensive lesson learned for you. Next time...simply get up and walk out! If they try to keep you around to sign...say NO and to kiss your ass. :)
