West Virginia Attorney General Complaint - Real Estate Theft
Complaint
WEST VIRGINIA -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
A real estate agent by the name of Margaret Mitchell of 416 Shadetree Circle, Princeton, WV 24740 deals shadily with her clients. She has many items of furniture in her home that she has taken from the victims homes. She has even sold items for profit. Just ask her about the home she sold in McDowell county that was close to her sister's home. She took a very beautiful antique bookcase.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
Lose her license to sell for a period of at least one year.
