Eurofly Airlines Informative - Poor Service - Direct Flight To And From Naples, Italy

I went on an abc tour (N.J.) To Naples, Italy; it was a direct flight. I even upgraded to business class; the flight to Naples was over 5 hours late in leaving; the flight attendants were not responsive. I had to consistently ask for water and there were not even a smile or an apology for the delay; above Naples, we circled for about 1/2 hour and then were told that we were diverting to Rome; we got there and it was chaos, no help, no phone calls. finally after waiting 2+ hours, we boarded a bus to Naples airport taking 3+ hours; on the way home, about an hour before our scheduled departure, we were told that the plane was in Rome, was not coming to Naples and we would have to go to Rome to get the plane; another hour wait and we were taken on the return 3+ hour trip back to Rome. Again chaos as a full plane of people tried to get our bags checked with indifferent & uncaring Eurofly reps; on the way back, the service was equally as poor; I have been traveling business class for 15 years and I have never experienced such bad service, response, food, etc.

Lest you think this was an off day, it happened to another ABC Tour Group, as well as an Italian man who tried to leave Naples with Eurofly for 4 days and could not get out, while other airlines boarded and left without any problems

Good post and info. Not sure I would want to get on an airline called Eurofly. Something is just not right with that name.
