Parkway offered a firm price on a vehicle lease in an attempt to beat another local Dealer's firm offer and later reneged when they were not able to obtain a better finance offer from Chrysler Financial. Parkway's firm offer was based on a predisclosed "B" finance rating previously identified by another dealer submitted by the consumer and confirmed by Parkway. Parkway then reneged on their "B" pricing offer when they were not able to obtain better "B+" finance pricing. After multiple visits to Parkway, numerous phone calls and negotiations with the Sales Manager and the Owner's son (MIKE RILEY), an application and required deposit over the course of 5 days - they reneged. The owner's son MIKE RILEY openly admitted that they quoted "B" pricing hoping to obtain a "B+" rating and withdrew the "B" offer when they were unable to obtain the more positive "B+" rating. It's clear that the better "B+" pricing would not have been passed on to the consumer. MIKE RILEY admitted that they routinely obtain better ratings but could not honor the original "B" pricing offer since the bonus pricing did not work out for them.

Parkway BAITED me with a lower price, to keep me from accepting another offer, took a deposit and then SWITCHED the pricing after their undisclosed plan did not work to their favor. Any Dealer that does not HONOR their good faith pricing based upon accepted criteria does not deserve any new business

Lease transactions are a bunch of crap anyway you should consider yourself lucky.

The finance company, used by all Chrysler dealers, had already determined a credit grade which Parkway used to make their offer. All the dealers used the same criteria to make their offer. Yet after receiving a deposit Parkway increased the lease payment substantially when they were unable to improve the predetermined grade. The only blame is on Parkway for changing their offer...classic BAIT and SWITCH - overpromise and underdeliver.

Lidman: Leasing is not a bunch of crap. It is a good alternative for consumers who trade vehicles frequently (especially 2-4 years). We all know cars depreciate...why pay on the entire vehicle when you can pay for the depreciation--if you plan to replace it again in a couple years. "Leasing is a bunch of crap" is a narrow-minded, uneducated consumer point of view, which a lot of your postings reflect. If you are still paying cash (or conventional financing) for your vehicles, driving them for about 40,000 miles and trading every 3 years--you are a good leasing candidate. If you like to throw money away, keep paying cash.

I Have very Bad Experience With This Dealer Parkway I purcase a New Vehicle From This Dealer and I Get Wrong Vehicle.Should Name Parkway ......RUN AWAY ----FAST.
