Parkway offered a firm price on a vehicle lease in an attempt to beat another local Dealer's firm offer and later reneged when they were not able to obtain a better finance offer from Chrysler Financial. Parkway's firm offer was based on a predisclosed "B" finance rating previously identified by another dealer submitted by the consumer and confirmed by Parkway. Parkway then reneged on their "B" pricing offer when they were not able to obtain better "B+" finance pricing. After multiple visits to Parkway, numerous phone calls and negotiations with the Sales Manager and the Owner's son (MIKE RILEY), an application and required deposit over the course of 5 days - they reneged. The owner's son MIKE RILEY openly admitted that they quoted "B" pricing hoping to obtain a "B+" rating and withdrew the "B" offer when they were unable to obtain the more positive "B+" rating. It's clear that the better "B+" pricing would not have been passed on to the consumer. MIKE RILEY admitted that they routinely obtain better ratings but could not honor the original "B" pricing offer since the bonus pricing did not work out for them.
Parkway BAITED me with a lower price, to keep me from accepting another offer, took a deposit and then SWITCHED the pricing after their undisclosed plan did not work to their favor. Any Dealer that does not HONOR their good faith pricing based upon accepted criteria does not deserve any new business
