Wells-Fargo Mortgage Complaint - Money Fumbling Or Rotation, Laundering Etc.

Review by MrandMrsMoore on 2007-12-01
CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA -- We are having same problem. Passing the buck is a popular game with this company. They failed to pay our homeowners insurance through escrow. We was unaware until we applied for refinancing. We had not had insurance for the year. If something were to happen my family would have been destitute and homeless. The ins. co. would not reinstate so we have to look for new policy with new company at a rate 3 times higher than what we were supposed to be paying. We got told that W/F would pay the remainder for the first year to settle but I cannot afford that premium in the future.

I plan on seeking legal advice for Breech of Contract. Money laundering and /or fumbling. Very suspicious activity here at this company

If you can get documentation from your insurance carrier that they sent the bill to Wells Fargo for payment and can prove there were funds in escrow to cover it the file a small claims case against them for ALL of your monetary damages.

Forget money laundering (and fumbling??), that will lead you nowhere.

What did you do with the notice the insurance company sent you? Even though the mortgage company is billed, you are also notified.
