I-Power Web Informative - Support - Phone Support

I have had the opportunity to be affiliated with a Domain and Web Hosting provider by the name of I-Power Web 24/7 support and what not. Yes they do have a 24/7 support line but you never talk to anyone. You wait on the phone like I have on 5 occasions at least 30 to 70 minutes on hold and still no one comes to answer the line. We are experiencing high volume and this and that and please be patient and you wait for ever and still nobody.

At some point I got into the chat option of the I-Power website and started chatting with a young lady by the name of Sheri (Last name I know) but I don't want to get her in any trouble, she above all was the first person I could talk to after 3 calls to I-Power. So my problem was that my domain had expired and I wanted to renew it and did with Sheri who no less was based in India and took my credit card info over the chat room online and I don't know if my information is safe. I would love a confirmation that it is safe from I-Power. None the less! No support assistance from the company whatsoever.

Kind sucks if you ask me! I no longer have an account with the company and I can't log in unless I open another account I guess but hell if I am going to do that again. So what ever happened to technology these days it takes a week to get a domain issue resolved. Of course it will if you aren't able to talk to the company to get the issue resolved.
