DirecTV Inc Informative - Worst Customer Service Ever!
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- An order for Direct TV installation was scheduled at my home on 11/24/07 from noon - 5:00 pm. After waiting all afternoon for someone to show up, I started trying to find out where they were. The customer service department was useless. They said they would try to contact the technician and call me back. The phone call didn't come until after 6:30 pm at which time I was told that the job had been assigned to a person who no longer worked there. I was asked to reschedule. I rescheduled for 12/2/07 from noon to 4:00 pm. I called at 12:30 pm to see if I could get an estimate of the time when the technician would arrive. After waiting ten minutes on hold, I was told they would be there between noon and 4:00 pm.
They couldn't get a hold of the technician to find out their schedule, but would call me back. I waited until 4:00 pm with no phone calls and no technician to install the service, I called and cancelled. If this company can't even install their service and their customer service representatives have no idea of what is going on, then why would I want an account with them?
I'm sticking with Cox cable.
