Mitsubishi Complaint - Mitsubishi DLP is good for no more than 2 years
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I read the reviews of many of you and feel better now to know that I am not the only victim of Mitsubishi poor quality product and customer service... actual no customer service.
I bought a 52" DLP in 2004. Worked fine until 2006 then, after many miserable long waited phone conversations with some of the so called Mitsubishi service reps, I had to buy a bulb for about $300, and now 12-2-07 the bulb is burned again. I am not about to through hell again to get the bulb. I am done with Mitsubishi TV or auto or any other product with this name on it.
