Burger King Complaint - Mixed-up order - Drive-thru order
HAZLEHURST -- On December 2, 2007 we ordered 2 #9's, bacon melt, and a #6, value meals. Our order printed on the order screen reflected this. Our total was $19.87. When we got to the window, they gave us 5 cokes and ask us to pull up. When the girl brought our order instead of crispy chicken sandwiches, we had fish. My husband explained that we had one coke too many and we did not order fish. She stood and looked at us and finally after my husband said we did not have the right order 2 more times, she took our order back inside. Then she comes back after we had sat and waited and said we owed $2.38. My husband ask for our money back and we left. 2 months before we had to turn around and go back because we had the wrong order and had been over charged.
I think if it was their vault, they should have just changed the order and left it at that instead of asking for more money and the servers attitude was really bad.
