AT&T Wireless Complaint - Customer Service - Billing
SNELLVILLE, GEORGIA -- I just got done dealing with the rudest customer service rep ever (a major accomplishment). I did not receive a paper bill or email notification for last month's service. After getting a general message to call AT&T I finally was able to determine that my bill was overdue after going through a maze of choices and various reps. After explaining that I never received a bill or notice of any kind, I was told by Marcia (I'm sure her "stage name") that it was not their responsibility to make sure customers receive bills and that I should "keep better track of my bills. Just go online and we won't have to go through this again." When I questioned her about those customers who don't use the internet and therefore can't access their bills as she suggested, her response was that it wasn't the company's issue and just "deal with it." HUH! When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said that they don't pass on requests to speak to superiors over such such matters. I have always paid on time and resent being treated like an ignorant deadbeat.
