American Hunting Rifles Complaint - Fraud or negligence???

CORVALLIS, MONTANTA -- Placed an order with American Hunting Rifles. Order was never shipped, credit card was charged, company changed hands and the new owner claims that he is not responsible for the previous owner's fraudulent sale, although if you check the website the former owner is still listed under 'Purchases,' right next to the new owners name/email address. While I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, the point is that Ed stole from me and Wayne doesn't care and doesn't want to get involved. Great!! I suggest that you think twice before buying from them.

I can understand why the new owner doesn't want to get involved. He would have to since it's the same business if you pushed it. I think the dispute with your card issuer should be sufficient. Charged your account, no merchandise shipped, and he can't prove otherwise. Pretty cut and dry.
