WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA -- This is a company that does not respond to telephone calls, e-mail nor written letters via post office.

I am unable to find a store which carries their product probably because no one can find their customer service people, to order or return merchendise.

This item was a gift to me. I will be sure never, intentionally, buying any of their products.

Over 3 years later (a different person). I have a similar expreience. I bought a Royal Shredder a little over a year ago and it recently quit working. I tried dialing the 800 number (1-800-272-6229) on the bottom of the machine and got an extensive runaround of automatic recordings. I was trying to get a parts or repair department. After dialing several numbers and going through several recordings, I ended up with a recording: this is (Joe), I am not at my desk, but leave a message. I felt as though I had reached somebody's home phone by mistake. It would have been nice to talk to a real person at some point in time.

yep, our company ordered a typewriter with a defective print wheel...I was given this # by the company we purchased the item from. I called numerous times and was transferred to other departments. Every time I started to tell someone my situation I got "disconnected". Worst customer service I have ever experienced. In fact, there is NO customer service.
