Splash International, Inc. Complaint - Cheated out of my refund!!!

Sept.'02 I purchased a swimsuit from this company and it was too small. I called and spoke with Stephanie (owner & only one there is to talk to). She helped me find the right size and said to return the suit in the mail, which I did. She told me that as soon as they recieved it, they would send me the new size. I recieved the correct size suit in the mail shortly after that and all was well until.......It dawned on me that my credit card was charged twice for both swimsuits, but I only recieved one swimsuit! I emailed her and she didn't respond. It took a few emails and finally Stephanie told me the credit would show up in two days. A week later, still no credit. I called and emailed for three more months, and finally she emailed me again apologizing for the delay (no reason why) and that the refund would show up on my account in 3 days. That was in May of 2003 and there is still no refund on the money that is rightfully mine. She does not reply to my phone calls or emails. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau online and am waiting for their response. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SPLASH INTERNATIONAL, INC.! YOU MAY GET CHEATED LIKE I DID!!
