Sears Informative - Customer Service?
CLACKAMAS, OREGON -- My wife and I purchased a HD TV at Sears during a promotion to use the Sears Gold Master Card. The Promo was 1 year no payments and 1 year no interest. Since then Citibank has been harassing us over the phone to make a payment. Up until today we explain the promo and everyone hangs up understanding. They call daily if not hourly. I've had it!!!
After the first billing showing late charges I ran over to Sears to straighten it out. They assured me before I left It was taken cared of. Then the phone started ringing. Today They called 3 times and tonight they calle 3 times.
