BellSouth Complaint - What DSL?
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I ordered service way back in Aug of 07. I signed up for everything except satellite service. I've paid my bills on time but yet Bellsouth has yet to issue me all of my rewards. We're talking roughly $300. They were all processed on the same day but for some unknown reason, here it is Dec. and I'm still having to contact the Reward Center weekly for the status of my money. Every rep (including supervisors) I speak to tells me something different. I've had enough!! The only thing I want is my money and now I'm cancelling my service bc it's soooooo slow, their tech support is in India, I can't understand a word they're saying, and now I'm stuck in a contract and they're hitting me with a cancellation fee!! I should hit them with something!! I will never sign up for anything thru a phone company ever again. I'll just stick with cable bc they'll atleast give me a courtesy credit for my troubles.
Bellsouth has offered nothing but another bill in the mail and a nice email reminder that my bill is due. If they can send my bill on time, why can't my rebates follow? So again I ask, what DSL?
