Circuit City Complaint - Worse customer service ever
ALBANY, NEW YORK -- I purchase a gateway desktop computer 2 mounts ago. Doing my home work on the computer I need to access Microsoft word. However when access I get a message that said that need to enter the product key. I did not have a product key. When we bought the computer the Firedog person installed every thing however he did no give us a product key. So I called the customer service number. After they ask me for all of my details, then they are going to tell me that they con not help and put me on hold for five minutes. When I was off holding, they said that they were going to transfer me. I said ok. After they transfer me, I went trough the same thing all over again. Then that rep is going to tell me that she need to transfer me again, I said listen all morning you guys have been giving me the run around and I am not going to keep doing this. She starting to give me attitude. So I hang up. I waited until 9:00am then I called the store, the same thing all over again. I am telling you if you have not purchase any thing yet, don't, because once you do and you need customer assistance there will be a problem.
This is the worse customer assistance I have ever got. And this store will not be getting any more business from me.
