Citi AAdvantage Informative - No Customer Service!

I used my Citi AAdvantage card to make a call in an airport--what a scam. I didn't get through to anyone, but my card was billed 50 dollars. Your credit card company is supposed to help you at this point--they sent me forms which I filled out and then received a letter saying they will not dispute this since I didn't fill out the forms.

When I call they keep transferring me to someone else. I think this card and its services are another scam.
