Philly Pizza Complaint - Indiscriminate re-adjustments of charges/poor food
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- This company overcharged me for a delivery order and then delivered a very poor (burnt) sandwich. I called for 3 days and received no satisfaction.
They kept sayiing the owner wans't available.
As a matter of fact, when I finally got thru to the owner, he slammed the phone down on me and offered no restitution. I asked for 1) my money back or 2) a new sandwich, which I thought was very fair.
