Capital One Complaint - Capital One doesn't care about what you think of them
Capital One has a customer service number that is, in my opinion, a pure waste of time. If you finally get through to a live person, they just tell you that there is nothing that they can do. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they tell you they can't (won't) do anything either.
I tried their e-mail route to get through to them. Also a waste of time. All you get is an apparently automatically generated response e-mail that has little or nothing to do with your original e-mail information (i.e., it's obvious no one read what you sent).
I have other cards and have called their customer service and been very satisfied with the interaction.
As far as Capital One, I have 2 of their cards and intend to close both out ASAP.
If you are considering getting one, take my advice and don't waste your time.
