Comwave Telecom Complaint - Mis-information, stalling, midterm policy changes
Stay away from these clowns, between mis informing customer as to policies to get extra month's dues, than withholding half of the equipment deposit first because of " missing wire' found not to be true, than changed to ," $25.00 re-stocking charge" which they claim was in a "letter that was subsequently sent out".
Can you see anything on their website about a "re-stocking" charge? I've experienced this regressive posture twice before, looks to me like a cash flow problem here. Oh yes, those 2 companies ended up closing.
