Deloris Complaint - Called-Order Service-Never Got Confirmation

DUBLIN, OHIO -- It was like 2 weeks ago and I ordered home phone service. I gave the customer service female all my information and was to get a call within 48 hours. I was kind of leary about the 48 hour thing, but now it has been like 2 weeks and for the first time in my adult life I do not have a home phone, so what the heck, I will just pay one bill, my mobile. I think that is such poor customer service and Verizon you need to really know how I really feel about this. I wanted to get the high speed, but just went with another provider and got that right away. I even called back to see if anyone could confirm the order was turned in, and got another din dong on the phone. I was given the phone # Dublin headquarters, and all I ever received was automation, so I tried, well Verizon you surely didn't. Maybe you should hire me for some real customer service.
