Don't Waste Your Money

ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- I am writing to express my displeasure with my first purchase from you.. I received my order yesterday. I opened the shipment and was excited to check out my new pasties. I looked and thought, these have no adhesive. I checked the information again on your site and NOWHERE does it mention that you have to purchase the adhesive separately or somewhere else altogether! https://www.spicylingerie.com/em-l9804.html

False advertising. I called and spoke to 2 people yesterday about it. Sure, I can send them in for a refund (if they haven't touched my body).. Clearly they have not as there is nothing to stick them to me! I told them that it would cost just as much for me to mail them back. As a customer, this is unacceptable. You could've offered to mail me out a cheaper pair (they probably cost you $1.00 to purchase wholesale). But nope. Spicy Lingerie won't do a thing! I owned a business and let me tell you, something like that will cost you more in the end because I am ready to leave bad reviews from the service I received.

I had also ordered a vinyl thong. It was not in my shipment so I also asked about that when I called. They said, "Oh sorry, you weren't notified?" NO.. I WAS NOT! I ordered this as part of a costume and fully expecting it to ship. Now I don't have that either. It was just removed from my order and I wasn't even told about it. So, needless to say unless you can make this right, I won't be purchasing again from here. The big group that I travel with every year will also hear about my experience and I will share this. Spicy Lingerie seemed to be a reputable company but I am thinking it's not. Sadly disappointed in this purchasing experience.

CALIFORNIA -- I ordered my items 7/12 and PAID for 2-3 shipping and today is the 7/18 which is also my fiancรฉ's birthday the day I wanted to have my order but instead I still have NOT received my order!! Customer service said that it usually takes 4-8 business days just to receive the order and then it's shipped out so within 24hrs I'll receive my shipment confirmation number in email!!๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž If I would have known, then I would have went elsewhere instead of paying extra for the 2-3 shipment!!! Very misleading and disappointed. I won't be ordering from here ever again!!!

ONTARIO, MASSACHUSETTS -- This company will scam you out of your money at every turn. Place an order that you wish to return? "Sorry, we don't offer refunds on that particular item... you can only have a store credit." Wish to use part of that store credit? "Sorry, you have to use the entirety of that credit on this order or you will use the remainder of the credit." Paid for 2-3 day shipping to have all of the outfit's parts by a certain day but didn't receive 1/2 of that order? "Sorry, you send the now-useless items back, but we won't refund the additional $ you paid for expedited shipping because we did send you SOME of the items in 2-3 days... oh, and you'll have to pay for the shipping to send it back to us too." The customer service representatives are condescending, the policies are ever-changing to deny you opportunity for the refund to which you should be entitled and they simply do not honor the basic tenets of a contract. I had used a $95 store credit and was only sent $39 of the merchandise I had purchased. The are not providing me with the remaining $56 of store credit which means they've essentially stolen that money back.

CALIFORNIA -- The costume was absolutely perfect! My hubby looked fantastic in it! Shipping and communication from Spicy Lingerie kept me informed as to shipment and tracking number. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Order arrived damaged. I called customer service as soon as I opened the package which happened to be 3 days after shipping which I did not sign for and was left at my ret office which was closed the 1st day I received notice the office was closed! I called Sat. morning complaining of the poor quality. The material essentially disintegrated at the seams! Your Rep. told me there was nothing you can do... I want a replacement in a non silk product in XL.

On 7-22-06 I placed an order online using my credit card to order some lingerie. I requested priority mail 2-3 day delivery. I never heard another word from them. Until I emailed them on 7-28 and advised them I would like to know when the order had shipped. I gave them until 7-31 to respond otherwise I would contact the Ca. Attorney General of Ca., the BBB and the FTC for fraudulent trade practices. Well, wonder of wonders... I received a response on 7-31 telling me that it takes them 2-3 business days to verify credit, verify address and to get the merchandise ready to ship. Then it takes another 2-3 business days to receive the shipment via Priority mail.

Based upon that info., it should have been here on 7-28. It wasn't. It didn't arrive on Monday 7-31 either. And the lady who responded to my email said "your order has been processed and should be delivered shortly." That's about the most sketchy delivery date I've ever heard. Well, I died laughing when I read that. So I went to the Order Status page on their site. There's been no change since 7-22. I died laughing again and then emailed them and told them to cancel the order, and that I hoped it didn't take them 2-3 business days to cancel it, LOL.

CALIFORNIA -- I ordered a Halloween costume on 10/21/2008. Paid extra for the 2-3 day delivery. I ordered my boyfriend's costume the same day from another company. My boyfriend's arrived on the 24th. Mine still did not even have any tracking info. So I sent e-mails and tried to chat with a live person about my concerns. I got nothing back from the company. 10/27... still nothing. Wrote more e-mails, tried to fax a letter-fax failed. Could not find a telephone number to call. Live chat didn't help either. 10/28... still nothing! More e-mails. I threatened to call the BBB. Late that night 10/28/08 I received an e-mail stating the costume was not in stock.

Thanks because Halloween is three days away! Thank God there are other companies out there that do ship the costume the next day so I will still be able to celebrate Halloween.

RHODE ISLAND -- I recently bought some outfits at this site, and though they are cute they do not run true to size and I fit in the size I ordered. I contacted them about a return and they refused even though I only received the order today. I can't reorder because I purchased a large and they don't carry a bigger size!! This site is a ripoff!! Don't buy from them!!
