DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I have dealt with Dell Computers on several occasions, thinking they were the Kings of bad customer service. I was wrong! This place has no clue what they are doing!
I placed on internet order on November 25, 2007, it is now December 13th and the order still has not left their warehouse. I have contacted or attempted to contact them (forget email, they don't answer) everyday from December 7 to today, given the same snow job every time. "Your order will be shipped today, there is no problem."
THERE ARE LOTS OF PROBLEMS!!!
I hope my kids get their Christmas presents in time, shame on you Music123.

This has been happening with Music123 lately. Cancel your order and buy from SweetWater or Musicans Friend or Guitar Center etc. Music123 Doesn't charge until it's shipped so you shouldn't have any problems with fighting for refunds. Good luck.
