Orchard Bank Credit Card Complaint - Poor Customer Service

Effectively immediately I am closing my credit account with Orchard Bank. The customer service I received was very poor. As well as they have made several mistakes with my account information which has caused me to spend a great deal of time and effort. I would advise you NOT to open a credit card with Orchard Bank. Seek other cards which is more deserving of you as a customer.

Don't waste your time, you will be sadly disappointed and will spend time and effort on calls with many people who can not help and are unwilling to provide good customer service.

It would be helpful if you were to provide some details as to exactly what your experience was.

As when you take your car in to be fixed telling the mechanic "it's broke" isn't going to help much.
