Best Buy Complaint - Delivery and Support
DANVERS, MASSACHUSETTS -- Prior to Thanksgiving I placed an order for some games for my child, under the delusion that it would definitely arrive in time for Christmas. It is now December 13 and the items have not arrived. I tried to be responsible and send an email requesting information. After not receiving a response I called the customer care number. I explained my situation to the representative, and requested status of my package as I wanted to ensure Christmas delivery.
First I was told the package is probably lost and since the package was not received in the 4-8 day window I could get reshipment or a refund. I explained in the past refunds were very slow and I did not want to "float" best buy so I would like the products reshipped. I was then told since I wanted a reshipment I had to wait an additional 4 days to see if it would arrive. If my items did not arrive I would then be able to request a reshipment.
At this point I have little hope I will see my gifts in time for the holidays. So if your a parent looking to bring Christmas joy be careful as it appears the Best Buy is more concerned about taking your money than taking care of its customer.
