Perfect Fit Industries Compliment - Great Warranty Service!

I purchased a Perfect Fit Industries queen size heated mattress pad with dual controls several years ago. Recently, one of the controls stopped working. I reviewed the instruction manual and found that this product has a five year warranty and should still be covered. I contacted Perfect Fit Industries via their website support form and was subsequently contacted by them. After providing a copy of my receipt, they sent me a new control set and instructed me to dispose of the failed controls. This product is now fully functional.

I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a warming mattress pad.

I commend you for keeping your receipt all this time. I've been looking for a heated pat for the bed but I'm having a problem finding one for a California king pillow top mattress.

Glad to see this compliment letter rather than the usual complaints. I agree with Principissa, it was wise of you to keep that receipt. If something is in the $10 or so range, I usually toss them. However, if an item is priced in the plus $50 range, I put them all in a large envelope and every so often go through and toss out the expired receipts.
