SMITHFIELD, NORTH CAROLINA -- After renewing a 2 year contract with sprint, which I now regret, upon purchase of a new cell phone...I have been getting the runaround. As I write about this, I am on hold and trying to resolve an issue over an hour!! I am so frustrated and mad that I feel cancelling the 2year contract would be the best thing to do at this point. To make a long story short, I received a plastic cover (after receiving another incorrect phone cover accessory previously)so keep in mind this is the 2nd incorrect order, but to add insult to injury it is a "PLASTIC COVER" it was something that would typically be on display at a sprint store...my goodness has it come to this...I've been told the item is available, then another that it is not, I JUST WANT MY COVER...and I cannot get a straight answer, nor a real item, as this is the case in this matter. HELP. I regret that I have chosen SPRINT as my cell carrier for the next 2 long years. Please if you expect great customer service, heed to my warning,stay away from SPRINT, the service and business practices are terrible...

Not sure if this will reach anyone in top management within the company but someone needs to address these type of issues for paying and LOYAL customers...

Why not go to a Sprint Store and get the proper cover?
