Toshiba Complaint - Month Old Toshiba Computer
CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE -- I purchased a Toshiba Satelite 11/07 two weeks after I start to have problems, blue screen, closing window without premission. I called Toshiba they told me to reload my restore Disk, I did that and still same problems, I call them back and now they want me to send back to them at my expense... and in the meantime I will not have a computer to do my daily work that I get paid for... so no income for the time they will have my computer.. I will post on every site I fine and I will spen my hard earn money to purchase a FULL page AD in my local paper to let people know NOT to purchase a TOSHIBA because of the bad computer and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I plan to talk to a lawyer.. I cannot be with out my computer. Next one will be a DELL
