Greenbrier Chysler Jeep Complaint - Greenbrier Jeep Lies to Customer

Review by greenbrierjeeplies on 2007-12-14
CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- They straight up LIED to my over issues that would have made me not buy the car. I'm out over $4000, Court case to follow.

They DO NOT care about the custom, only money!

If they promise you anything, or claim anything, GET IT IN WRITING and have it signed my the General Manager.

My advise....buy elsewhere.

They promised to ship my current vehicle back to Texas where I live if I bought that day. Which they never did and the vehicle ended up getting broken into and vandalized on their property. almost three months later I flew back to VA to drive it home and found in the back of their lot with damage. They promised to send me a check for my insurance deductible minus whatever it takes to ship it to Texas.
I had to pay for plane tickets, rental car, motel, etc.
I also didn't even want to buy the car, but the salesman said that Jeep isn't making it next year (SRT8) and I will be looking in the used market if I don't buy this one. (it was a demo w/5000 miles. I still paid 44,000 bucks because I thought it was one of the only ones left. come to find out, they are being produced for 08 and 09.
They were very rude to me when I presented my problems and informed them of their lies. I'm still in the hole about $2000 bucks plus higher insurance rates if I go thought the insurance for the repairs, plus my time, and a 44,000 fraudulent dollar car loan.

I'm still in awww at how they treated me, I bought the most expensive vehicle Jeep offers and got treated like poo.

People almost need to wear a wire when they go car shopping.
