PALATINE, ILLINOIS -- As a consumer purchasing from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
I purchased a hotel room from Priceline.com that was blatantly misrepresented. They used five hotel examples to sell me a '3 Star Upscale' hotel room. Surprisingly, Priceline rates none of the five comparable hotels as '3 Star Upscale'. You need to choose 'Resort' level to have a chance at these hotels. Their 'Resort' description does not list any hotel names.
As a resolution, I would like to receive the full amount of $1,021.48 posted back to my credit card.
