Spirit Airlines Complaint - Fist-fighting (almost) at the ticket counter
FLL, FLORIDA -- Spirit Air needs a kindergarten teacher (or more/better staff) at the ticket counter.
The check-in kiosks (which were not working) are right by the 2 agents who were working -- How much sense does that make?
People started bypassing the line altogether, going straight from the kiosks to the agents, who refused to call from the line. Words do not adequately describe the anarchy that ensued with people who had waited over an hour in line arguing with those who had went straight to the agents.
Spirit needs someone at FLL to make sure that customers are called from the line. A kindergarten teacher would have been better than the 2 agents who were working. And why were there only 2 agents in the first place?
