DHL Complaint - Can't deliver a f#$$@! package!
USA -- Never use DHL! I have been waiting for a crucial document shipped via DHL, should have been delivered on Friday, Dec 14th--however, DHL keeps sending it to the wrong address. I have called them 8 times over the past 4 days to correct this, however, the employees are:
DON'T FOLLOW UP-Never returned my calls as promised!
MAKE UP NEW EXCUSES each time I call--
They simply CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE a zip code on a freight bill. I've tried begging, pleading, whining, yelling, I'm exhausted....
As of this morning, the "newest update" is I might get my letter this Wednesday.
The employees answering the 800 number really just make stuff up, obviously - you can tell this is just a terrible company with an embarrassing level of customer support.
I have decided to call a courier this morning to go pick up the package from the DHL hub it's been sitting at for 3 days, and paying them to go to FEDEX, fill out an overnight fright bill, so I will get it tomorrow.
A shameful & embarrassing performance by DHL.
