Dermacia Complaint - Good luck getting a refund

ARLINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- Two months after sending back the product, be prepared, Dermacia may tell you they still haven't received the package and will continue to charge you, maybe even send a collection agency after you. If you send back the product, it's worth paying for the postage yourself and getting a receipt. That way you have proof you've sent it back because trust me, they'll ask for it. If you know a consumer reporter, let them know about this company.

If you've had a similar problem, contact the Better Business Bureau. I've already taken both actions.
