Walgreens Compliment - What I think of your store - convenience store
convenience store - Compliment
MCMINNVILLE, OREGON -- I really enjoy the customer service at my local Walgreens. I am always assisted with a smile. There are plenty of people around to help, they are easy to find, and when one lines starts getting long, another check out is immediatley opened up, I have never had to wait long. The service is always very personable.
December 16th I visited the Walgreens pharmacey and saw a woman come up and ask the very busy pharmacist how to get a rain check on an item. I expected the pharmacist would explain that she was separate from the rest of the store, and I thought the lady requesting her assistance should have known better, but instead the pharmasist paged the manager to come right where the woman stood, at the pharmacy, to assist her. I was impressed by this service!
I also find many items of interest, always more than I was looking for (which isn't always good for me, but is great business for your store), and I normally like the prices you offer. I especially like your extra large make-up collection, with great sales!
The only thing I don't like is when you advertise a super soda deal on your sign, and I don't find out until I get inside that it is a "mail in rebate". That angers me.

I enjoy shopping at Walgreens. They left our area for a few years but have finally returned about five years ago. Their stores here are clean, well stocked, and personnel is very helpful. I have just one complaint about Walgreens--I always spend more than I plan whenever I enter one of their stores!

They are building a brand new Walgreen's store in town.
