Yardiac.com Complaint - Product not delivered
We ordered from Yardiac.com on November 20th at which time they charged my credit card. They told me I would receive the product in time for my daughters birthday Dec. 10th. By the 1st week of Dec I was concerned and called the company, (the first of what would be over 10 calls) they said they would look into it and never got back to me or my wife. Called again, same thing. Birthday passed, no rink. Continued and figured it would be a great Christmas present, called again and was told it had shipped and they would email me the tracking number. No call or email, in reality it had not shipped. Finally 1 month after ordering they have refunded my credit card, I called the company directly who they were ordering from and they never even had the item in stock.
YARDIAC IS HORRIBLE AND IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM DON"T. THEY ARE LIARS AND AFTER RUINING MY PLANS FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY HAVE NOW RUINED THE PLANS FOR CHRISTMAS. I AM ON A MISSION TO LET AS MANY PEOPLE AS CAN KNOW ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
