Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Complaint - Service is getting Worse and Worse
HANOVER, PENNSYLVANIA -- The Ruby Tuesday in Hanover, PA used to be my favorite place. About a year ago the Shrimp Pasta starting being served with less and less sauce, then the food was not really cooked (for awhile it was served on a nice square heated dish – then just thrown on a cold square plate) and the serving seemed to shrink. Last night I ordered this same meal to go, and asked for extra sauce knowing how things have been.
I received my order, drove home to find that:
1. No extra sauce and minimal amount on food
2. Noodles were ‘cold’ and almost hard.
3. No bread
4. No napkins, knife fork or spoon
I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, after being on hold for 15 min – I just hung up and drove back to Ruby Tuesdays. Yes, I was upset. Manager said if I would have called her this could have been handled on the phone. That did it – I blew up at that point. Told her I called and was on hold for 15 min.
She offered to make a new meal – I declined (afraid of what they might do) I got my money back and went down the street to Red Lobster to find that they also have a similar (larger) serving, different pasta and many smaller shrimp. I ordered this to go, and also got fries, bread, napkins and knife, fork and spoon – for $1.50 less – and when I got home it was ‘hot’, no cold hard pasta.
I am finished with the Hanover, PA Ruby Tuesday!!
