Cross Country International Complaint - Services Not Provided and Not As Described
MILLBROOK, NEW YORK -- I recently arranged a vacation for Mount Juliet in Ireland through Cross Country International. Cross Country International drastically overpriced the vacation compared to what services were provided, the trip was extremely disorganized and absolutely no attention to detail. No itinerary was provided, we could get no details of what meals were included and which were not, we were not staying in the Mount Juliet house as requested and agreed to by Cross Country International. We attempted many times to resolve our concerns prior, during and after the vacation. Both Mount Juliet and Cross Country International ignored them. Both organizations explained that it was unfortunate, but we were the "guinea pigs" of a recently signed contract between the two organizations that had some "quirks" to work out. This is very unfortunate since Ireland has wonderful opportunities for equestrians, however neither Mount Juliet nor Cross Country International are best avenues to pursue this.
