Ray Brandt Dodge, Inc Complaint - Psychotic Employees - Service
HARVEY, LOUISIANA -- After making an appointment to service my power steering switch failure and an oil change, on 12/21 it was 2 days to even look at it or anyone to call and inform me of the problem, while I'm paying for a rental car, then when I tried to call I was told "We are super-busy", and hang up on me or transfer my call to nowhere. I don't know what the work conditions are there but it must be starting to effect the employees. After paying for the services, I was asked to wait outside on the island and someone would bring my car. I was greeted by about 10 male employees smoking and horsing around. There was garbage and puddles of fluids all over the ground. Then one proceeded to pour coca-cola on a very large man's head. This man went berserk and I had to jump out of his way as he proceeded to pummel the other man. Also, I am handicapped and really didn't expect to have to feel threatened by these reform school dropouts.
The fight stopped when the manager came out and then my car came out and was driven all the way to the end of the building which I had to chase after and then the driver drops off a friend. The whole place seems out of control and I don't care to come back! First of all, if these boys have so much free time to be smoking and screwing around then why did it take 48 hours to even look at my car? Second, the customer waiting area should be for customers, not overgrown delinquents. Come to think of it, this happened the last time I was waiting for them to bring my car but these were two girl employees chain-smoking and talking about their sex life.
I don't know, but where I come from when you are at work, you are supposed to be professional and not puffing smoke at or speaking vulgarities or threatening customers lives. I won't be going back to Ray Brandt, Harvey, LA again thank you.
